I’m often asked what I wear to bed. The answer is, it depends.
If I’m just lounging around the house on a weekend, I’ll usually just throw on a pair of shorts and a tank top. But if I’m actually going to bed, I like to wear something a little more comfortable. My favorite thing to wear to bed is a pair of soft, stretchy pants and a loose-fitting tee shirt.
